1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and tapwin7 ("tapwin7," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the tapwin7 online gaming platform accessible at tapwin7.org and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

- Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) tapwin7 account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
- Self-Exclusion: Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms, including through PAGCOR's responsible gaming programs, are not eligible to register or maintain a tapwin7 account during their exclusion period.
tapwin7 reserves the right to decline registration to any applicant and to terminate any account if eligibility requirements are not or cease to be met, without prior notice and without liability.
3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration
To access real-money gaming features on the tapwin7 Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly upon any change.
3.2 Account Verification
tapwin7 is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations. You agree to provide such documentation as tapwin7 may request, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and documentation evidencing the source of funds used for deposits. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing
4.1 Deposits
tapwin7 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and InstaPay. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum deposit amounts apply and are as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. tapwin7 does not accept deposits from third parties — all deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the name of the tapwin7 account holder.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically feasible. tapwin7 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) banking day for bank transfers. tapwin7 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification and source-of-funds checks.
4.3 Fees
tapwin7 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction fees, for which tapwin7 accepts no responsibility.
4.4 Inactive Accounts
Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. tapwin7 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee on dormant accounts as disclosed on the Platform. Players will be notified prior to any dormancy fee being applied.
5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
tapwin7 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, that are disclosed at the time the bonus is offered. The following general principles apply to all tapwin7 promotions:
- Bonuses are credited in Philippine Peso and must be wagered a minimum number of times before becoming withdrawable, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

6. Game Rules, Random Number Generation & Fairness

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.
Slot games and other non-live games on tapwin7 use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") software that has been independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 7. Prohibited Conduct

- Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
- Collusion with other players or with Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage.

tapwin7 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in connection with any suspected illegal activity conducted through the Platform.
8. Responsible Gaming

- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the tapwin7 Platform without prior written permission from tapwin7.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tapwin7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform.
tapwin7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your tapwin7 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tapwin7 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
tapwin7 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms
